RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
Returns for undamaged goods of retail orders will be accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Once we receive the goods back, your purchase price will be refunded, less S&H fees and a 15% restocking fee.. All returns must include all original packaging. No refunds are accepted for custom, wholesale or re-seller/dealer orders.
Damaged goods may be exchanged for another identical replacement item. All claims for damaged goods or incomplete shipments must be made to Crystal Caseworks LLC (201-794-9700) within 48 hours after receipt of the product. If Crystal Caseworks LLC is not notified within 48 hours, it will be assumed that the shipment arrived complete and undamaged. Crystal Caseworks LLC assumes no liability beyond 48 hours.
Products returned to Crystal Caseworks LLC without prior written or verbal authorization will not be accepted. Every return must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Crystal Caseworks LLC . This Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the package(s). Original S&H fees, plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please immediately contact Phil Jones at Crystal Caseworks LLC at the number listed above. All damaged packages shipped via U.P.S. or FedEx, must be inspected by U.P.S. or FedEx before being sent back to Crystal Caseworks LLC. After contacting us, we will notify U.P.S. or FedEx on your behalf, so they may come to your location and inspect the damaged package.
