Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping & Handling Costs for Standard UPS, FedEx Ground & US Postal Service.

We ship to the USA, all 50 states. Some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. We also ship to Canada. Shipping to a location other than the 48 continental United States may incur additional fees See additional info below. We may ship some display cases internationally to other countries by special request. Shipping fees to AK, HI and other addresses outside of the 48 continental United States may result in shipping fees not shown at checkout. We will inform you of any shipping fees BEFORE we ship the order.

For continental USA orders, standard ground shipping for all orders is calculated at 20% of the first $99.99 of product total and 15% of $100.00 or more of product total. Some larger-oversized boxes may require additional packaging and will be charged extra in the form of a "Box" charge. All shipping and box charges will be shown in your shopping basket before you are asked for your payment info, unless you are outside of the 48 continental United States. See below for additional info. These rates do not apply to custom case orders, or for dealer orders. Shipping rates for custom cases & dealer orders will be provided at the same time we quote you the price for the product.

 Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom addresses may require additional shipping fees. These fees will be not be shown in your shopping cart total, but will be quoted prior to the processing of any order.

If cases are in stock they will generally ship within 7-10 business days. If a case is not in stock, it may take us more time to construct it for you. Depending on where you are located in relation to us, it will take 1-7 business days to arrive after we ship. If you request nameplates with your order, please allow an additional 7 business days for processing. If you request glass or acrylic etching, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipping. Some glass display cases are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks to build and ship. Quicker production & shipping, Overnight, 2 day and 3 day is available by request. Additional fees may apply for these services, but not always, so please ask. If you need your order by a specific date, please call or e-mail us and ask for rush service and if additional fees will apply, we will provide you with current rates, prior to the processing of the order. CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS CURRENTLY TAKE UP TO 4-8 WEEKS.

NOTE: IF A STOCK SIZE CASE IS OUT OF STOCK, WE CAN GENERALLY MAKE IT FOR YOU IN TIME TO SHIP UNDER OUR NORMAL TIME ESTIMATES. IN THE EVENT THAT A CASE CANNOT BE MADE/SHIPPED WITHIN 30 DAYS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THAT SITUATION AT THE E-MAIL ADDRESS YOU USED TO PLACE THE ORDER. IF YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS CHANGES, YOU MUST NOTIFY US ASAP SO THAT WE CAN MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION WITH YOU REGARDING YOUR ORDER. BACKORDERS OLDER THAN 45 DAYS WILL BE CANCELED UNLESS YOU ADVISE US THAT YOU WANT TO REMAIN ON THE BACKORDER LIST.
